Sewing / stitching / tailoring have been traditional skill of garmenting women of Beed district.  Beyond meeting small repairs and alteration the skills of these women are underdeveloped.  There skills, if nurtured professionally through common facility centre and training centre can be converted in to a good earning profession.  There are such 50 women’s in Beed district who have shown keen interest in developing this aspect.  These women already taken the basic training of tailoring from the local training institute.  If these women are well supported through state of art machinery in Common Facility Centre there can be 20% growth achieved per annum.
